November Blog Post –Eighteen Months of Sweet Baby Levi Rhett

 Oh Sweet Baby Levi Rhett, you have us all wrapped around your finger you precious little lump of sugar sweetness!!

We are all so thankful for the eighteen most JOY-filled months with you here in our arms

and it truly just keeps on getting sweeter and sweeter!

I am so giddy and excited heading into the holiday season with you at the most precious little toddling baby age

and can’t wait to experience all of the magic of this time of year through your eyes!!

Happy happy 18 months,

my sweet angel baby!!

We are absolutely loving this season of life

with you and Judson at these adorable ages

and watching y’all’s #brotherbesties bond grow more and more every day (and the cutest little brother bears I ever did see!) –

what a gift from the Lord that I was

blessed with two sons back-to-back first…

it is just so special and so fun getting to dress y’all in all the matching outfits,

watching y’all giggle and make up games together,

and truly grow up as the best of buddies!!

Thank you, Lord!!

I love getting to raise little country baby boys with my best friend and can’t wait to raise them out on our farm sweet farm the Lord has in store for us…

the best truly is yet to come!!

We have been exclusively nursing for 18 whole months now

and it has been such a treasure getting to feed you the way the Lord so perfectly designed (I have such a heart, love, and passion for breastfeeding and am so thankful I’ve been able to breastfeed both of my babies so long and nourish them in this way)!!

You are saying SO many words these days and it is so fun seeing you soaking up everything…

I can’t get over the sweetness of this stage!!

You are basically running these days and your adorable little self bee-bopping around everywhere is just the cutest thing in the world!!

You are a mama’s boy through and through (my little #veclrobaby for sure hehe!)

and love to be rocked, cuddled, worn (in the baby carrier), and held…

but also so fearless when it comes to climbing

and exploring everything in sight!

Truly the best of both worlds!! Alllllll boy

yet so tender, cuddly, and sweet with mama!

This past month, we went to the sweetest fall festival back home,

had the most fun Halloween week, went trick-or-treating in our little Halloween town,

decorated our little Christmas cottage for the holidays (yes… we are November 1^st decoraters around here hehe),

went on our annual “fall by the sea” trip to the beach

(such a fun time – exploring Southport, playing on the beach, and so much more!),

all kinds of “homeschool preschool” fun,

took the boys on a “fieldtrip” to the fire station

(they LOVED it… my cutie little firefighters!!!)

celebrated Starbucks “Red Cup Day” (and a cake pop for Judson ofcourse!),

put up our outdoor Christmas lights (so magical!),

did the sweetest Turkey handprint craft (the former kindergarten/prek teacher in me is in her element y’all!),

went on our annual trip up the mountains to the Christmas Tree Farm to cut down our real tree

(I’ll share more about that on my next blog post!),

and so much more!!

We are just overflowing with gratitude for this special season of life with our babies both so little

and so excited to continue making all kinds of family memories

this holiday season ahead!!

Full hands and even fuller hearts these days in this season of #chasingbabiesandraisingdreams and so excited for what the Lord has in store ahead for our family!!

These truly are the days, y’all!!
