Smiles and sweetness for the ten happiest months with our cutest new little leprechaun baby lucky charm!!
Goodness gracious, Sweet Baby Levi Rhett,
we couldn’t possibly love your joyful, easygoing,
always smiling, go-with-the-flow, precious little adorable self more!!
You are full of pure sugar sweetness, love, and LIGHT and we can all already see your little personality shining through –
you loveeee to be with “mama” (a “mama’s boy” through and through hehe… the best!!),
want to keep up with “bubba” and crawl all over the place
to be with or near Judson at all times (#brotherbesties – my dream come true - be still my heart!!), are obsessed with your puppy dog Red,
and light up with the biggest wide-eyed smile every time “Dada” walks in the door after getting home from work!!
You are so loved and adored by ALL and such a perfect little gift from God!
You are truly the HAPPIEST little baby and your smile, sweetness, and giggles bring more joy than words could ever describe!
I am so thankful for your calm and chill personality
and how you love to be worn in mama’s baby carrier and just tag along any and everywhere – a true angel baby!!
You love to snuggle, play toys with your “bubba” (which was your first word – my heart!!), nurse so well (I absolutely LOVE exclusively breastfeeding my babies… it is truly such a gift – and fun fact about me… I’ve never even used a pump between both of my babies now hehe!), chat with mama and dada you are starting to say “mama” and “dada” – just haven’t caught it on video yet), sleep so well, and eat lots and lots of food (SUCH a good little eater)!!
And one of the most special things about you being my second born is watching how you (already!!) admire your big brother Judson so much and truly just want to be just like him!
Every single meal with your two little high chairs side-by-side, I am truly just overwhelmed with gratitude that the Lord chose to give me two SONS back-to-back first – built-in besties and brothers for life!
This past month sure has been a special one and yay for welcoming in the start to your very first full spring season this past week!! This is my most favorite time of year with the warm and sunny months ahead (yay!!) and a precious new little baby here in my arms as a family of four this year!!
Some special highlights of this month included Sweet Baby Levi Rhett’s baby dedication at church (such a special day with both sets of grandparents in town for it, too!),
had some wonderful “happy mail” come in gifted to us from Classic Whimsy (our favorite children’s clothes company) with brand new matching spring and Easter outfits,
Sweet Baby Levi Rhett’s 9-month wellness visit (so thankful for our strong, happy, and healthy baby boy!),
Judson and Levi Rhett took their very first bath together (cuteness overload!!),
lots and lots of baby snuggles and evening walks on the trails,
picked our first daffodils of the season,
got out the baby doorway jumper for the first time (Levi Rhett LOVED it!),
went on a library adventure to read all kinds of books to welcome in March,
got to cheer on Judson for his very first T-Ball practice
(and have been spending two nights a week out there as a family ever since and lovingggg being in my #baseballera with my little #baseballbaby in Sweet Baby Levi Rhett),
drove out to have a little picnic out on our farm sweet farm,
got our garden beds all prepped for the spring,
have enjoyed lots of sunny and 75 days out in the sunshine,
evenings out on the ballfield, took a trip out by our land to see all of the blooming peach trees (so so beautiful!),
celebrated Sweet Baby Levi Rhett’s very first St. Patrick’s Day (and our very first one as a family of four!!),
and are full of so much joy welcoming in the official start to Spring!!
It has been such a fun and special March and are hearts are full of so much joy and gratitude
as we are heading into such a lovely time of year as a family of four this year!
The Lord has blessed our family beyond measure and we are so grateful for this precious #babyandtoddler season of life and having oh so much fun #chasingdreamsandchasingbabies with them out on our farm sweet farm!!
You truly are the most precious addition to our family, Sweet Baby Levi Rhett,
and I truly don’t know what we ever did without you!! These are the days!!

It was the most special sacred day as we got to dedicate our Sweet Baby Levi Rhett to the Lord in front of our church family!! You are such a blessing to our family, our precious baby boy, and we are so thankful Jesus entrusted us with your little life to steward for His glory and to grow up to know and love Him!! So grateful for such sweet time with both sets of our parents in town for this special day and just overwhelmed with gratitude for God’s abundant favor, blessing, and goodness to our growing family in this season of life!!

Just a special special day, moment, and memory that I will cherish forever… more than any words could begin to describe! The way the sunlight is shining right by the cross on top of the steeple and through the bell and right in front of us (if you look closely!) has just left me a little breath taken and I’ve probably looked at this “live” version of the photo a thousand times - God is so good, the Holy Spirit is so real (trust me on this, y’all!), and goodness how grateful I am to Jesus for this growing family of mine and all that He has in store out on our farm sweet farm in this season ahead!! We have been following Him where He has called and are seeing the fruit of lots of “yeses” in obedience to Him… and all glory in our story to Him and Him alone… always!! So excited to raise our babies out in the land the Lord has blessed us with and live out this god-given dream He has so clearly put on our hearts!!

Look at the second pic… I mean are you kidding me?! You are BEYOND precious and sweet and adorable my angel Sweet Baby Levi Rhett!!!! How did we ever live without you?! We couldn’t be more smitten with our adorable 9-month old bundle of love and pure JOY - Judson (as always) was the best “big bubba helper” (and loveddd getting his construction trucks sticker from the front desk ladies hehe) at bubba’s wellness check-up and gosh these two ages are both just so much fun - 3 years old and 9 months old… this is may be my favorite season yet!!! Thank you, Jesus, for our growing family and my precious little arrows!! I sure do love being their mama!!!
We love our country ride home looking at all the horses and hay bales and even drove by our land, too!! I loveeee this time of year and seeing all the little buds justttt starting to peak out on the trees! Makes me so giddy for spring and all the these next months hold ahead!!!
Before naps, we enjoyed a gorgeous 70 degree sunny day and play play played out in the dirt and gosh I love seeing Judson’s little imagination blossom as he plays - the teacher in me just loves this age so much!! Andddd then soaking in some snuggles with my little baby bear cub while big brother was napping, too - he truly is the sweetest most precious whittle thing!! He truly is an angel baby!!!

Love starting the brand new week watching the sunrise on the back deck before the babies were up!! Then baby snuggles and incredibly impressive magnatile creations by Judson - he told me, “mama, I want to be like Dada one day” (aka always building and fixing things) - my heart!!!! Wes, he wants to be just like you!!
And oh how special it is getting to be the one teaching my little Judson - and y’all this precious Playdoh letter stamp set (linked it over on my LTKit shop for y’all) is perfect for this age with little learners!! As a former elementary, kindergarten, and pre-school teacher, this really is such a dream come true for me!! I am allllll about learning through PLAY - it’s what children are created and made to do!!
And we’ve been soaking up the sunshine and blue skies here - blowing bubbles, observing all the buds on the trees (yay for spring coming!!), babywearing and blue car walkin’, checking on the chickens, and playing in the dirt - the best kind of start to the new week!! And ofcourse had to pick some more gorgeous camellia blooms off the bush to bring into our home!! There is nothing that brings me more joy than babies and flowers hehe - like I always say… the very best things in life!!

Morning sunshine with my baby SONshine hehe, cozy snuggle sesh with my little bunnies, precious moments when Judson crawled into the crib when baby woke up from his morning nap and brought blankets and stuffed animals for him (I love their little growing bond these days - and he even found baby’s heartbeat cow from when we first found out baby’s gender!!! Be still my heart!!), and a springtime library reading date with my little bunnies!! We had such a fun little time exploring and reading all kinds of St. Patrick’s Day and Spring-themed books!! There is nothing like raising little book worm babies!! Simply the best kind of March Tuesday!!

Started our morning watching the rain out the window with these babies before we headed out the door to our weekly local community Bible study group!! Nothing sweeter than a toddler in his little rain boots and backpack and a precious sleeping baby on my chest during the large group teaching!! We are so grateful for Wednesdays and all of our friends at this special special place - and I adore Judson’s amazing preschool teachers who always send him home with the cutest crafts with all they teach him about Jesus!!
Just feeling so blessed and grateful beyond measure for these blessings of mine and this community of believers that has really been such a wonderful sacred place for our growing family since we moved up to my great grandparents’ old family farmhouse in this little town for this season!! God is faithful and just oh so good - always!!! That’s just who He IS!!!!
Then came back home and Judson wanted to “cook lunch” in his little mud kitchen on the deck while I cooked our lunch - and I just thought that was the sweetest thing!! We loveeeee this mud kitchen (it was his birthday gift last year!) - and yes, I linked it for y’all over on my LTKit shop!! Sooo fun and engaging for little hands & minds!!
And once we came inside, Judson said - “look mama, a red bird!” And there was the prettiest red cardinal right outside the nursery window - with the crazy winds we had that day blowing all around!! I’ve always loved birds and this was so special to me!!
And the sweetest post-nursing sesh snuggles with this little angel while big brother was napping, too!! What a gift it is being “mama” and spending my days loving on and rocking my little ones - such special days that I will cherish forever and ever!!

Took in the most breathtaking sunrise on the back deck that morning with the babies still sleeping in! Then some music time play, dot-dot paint cuteness, baby snuggles, and puzzles upon puzzles - nothing like these precious #babyandtoddlerdays … simply the best!!
And while I was rocking the baby down for his morning nap, Judson crawled right up into my lap and intently gazed at and noticed bubba’s little hand for the first time and said, “our little fingers match” and preceded to put their little hands side by side and then sang “this little piggy” with Sweet Baby Levi Rhett in his precious whittle voice - I mean truly… these are the moments you just can’t forget and gosh I will cherish forever! Be still my heart!!! What a gift siblings are to one another!!
And that beautiful sunny day outside called for a little country stroll and bike ride with my babies (& lots and lots of flowers picked for me by Judson)!! These are the days and I just am so grateful to God for this sweet, slow, and simple little life with my littles!!

Twas’ the night before your very first baseball practice….
But truly… Judson was SO excited to start T-Ball the other weekend and it was so sweet getting to dress them in these matching baseball jammies that night before bed!!
One thing’s for sure… Judson is going to have the BEST cheerleader and buddy on the sidelines in his little “baseball baby” brother bestie, Sweet Baby Levi Rhett for all of baseball days ahead!! Such a gift that these two can grow up on the baseball fields together and that they have a brother best friend so close in age!! These truly are the days and I’m about to be living my #boymamadream and #baseballmama era y’all (a total dream come true for my sports-loving self hehe)!!
Judson was sooo excited he even had me lay out all of his “baseball gear” that night for him to see!! Goodness I am so excited for this little baseball and sports-lovin’ little boy of mine!!!

Also… for any other mamas of littles - such a fun way to practice letter recognition (that I used to do with students back in my kindergarten and preschool teaching days) is to take turns picking a letter and once they get to it, throw them the ball!! We had a ball playing this game this morning and did some chalk letter alphabet tracing, too!! I sure do love being their mama and spending our days learning and playing together!!

“Buy a boy a baseball…”
Judson had his very first T-Ball practice and y’all, it felt like I was living in the #boymama days I’ve always dreamed about!!
Judson has been SO excited about finally being old enough to play this spring and has been talking about it for weeks…. and y’all, he absolutely LOVED it!!! He was already begging to go back to the ballfield and, as soon as we got home that night he said, “mama, can we go back tomorrow morning??” Safe to say we have a future little baseball star on our hands!!
He loved having “Daddy Coach” (what he calls Wese now) on the field with him and he had the best little sideline cheerleaders in his “baseball baby” Sweet Baby Levi Rhett and mama!! Oh, and he picked a dandelion mid-practice and ran to bring it to me saying, “look mama, I found this for you!” I melted!! Goodness, these truly are the days I’ve always dreamed about… and I’m not sure who had more fun…. Judson or Mom and Dad haha!
Here’s to a fun-filled T-Ball season ahead with the most precious little team of friends… and living out my #baseballmama dreams!!

It was a beautiful sunny day around here - and we spent it playing out in the yard and soaking up every bit of the gorgeous springtime weather!! Is there anything more precious than tiny whittle barefoot baby feet?!? It was making me soooo excited for this spring and summer ahead with Sweet Baby Levi Rhett here to enjoy it this year!!
We love our chicken ladies and this sweet old family farmhouse that has been such a blessing in this season!!! And then we headed out in the truck to our 15 acre farm sweet farm to pick up some wood Wes has been storing out in the barn (& to check on some things for what’s ahead) to build mama a few more garden beds for the spring!!
What a beautiful day it was driving out to our farm sweet farm - with the peach trees just beginning to blossom and so many “cow cows” (as Judson calls them) out by our land!! We ended up picking up tacos from the yummiest little gas station authentic Mexican spot that Wes had discovered the other week right by our land and had ourselves a little “picnic” in the bed of the truck!! This truly is our little slice of heaven and we are so grateful to the Lord for all that He is doing and getting SO excited for all that He has in store for our growing family out on these 15 acres!! The best is yet to come!!
Anddd Wes did indeed get the wood from our barn for my garden beds hehe and we had two sleeping babies before we even pulled off the gravel road!! I know we will always look back so fondly on these precious days out on our land with little babies and tiny little feet to cherish and adore!

March just so happens to be Wes and I’s anniversary month (we will be celebrating 6 years of marriage at the very end of the month!) and I’m just feeling so overwhelmed with gratitude for this beautiful little life and family we are building and growing together - I sure do love #chasingdreamsandchasingbabies with you, babe!! The Lord has been so so good to us and I’m so excited about what the future holds ahead for our family out on our farm sweet farm!!

And just like that… we officially made it to my favorite time of year, y’all - the days are longer, our garden beds (my sweet wonderful hubby did indeed build two additional garden beds for me that weekend - you are the best, Wes!!) are prepped and ready for planting in a few more weeks, and all the little sights of spring all around are making me oh so giddy for this time of year we are about to enter!!! And what a gift to have a sweet little barefoot baby here in our arms to welcome in his very first full spring season!! Yay for longer days and spending all day and evening outside until the sun goes down with my babies!!! Our favorite time of year with all these country outdoor-loving boys (& chicken ladies hehe) of mine!!
Y’all… the sun stays out until 7:30 now and it makes me so happy I can’t even explain it!! We spent that first late sunset evening picking up sticks for the garden beds and Judson officially wanted to be called “stick boy” hehe because he was very proud of himself and his wheelbarrow full of finds!! Also… the new tiny little raised bed on the far end is going to be “Judson’s dirt box” (he requested his own bed to still be able to dig and play in the dirt this spring/summer once we start gardening again - and I couldn’t say no to that! (#welovetoplayinthedirt around here)!!

But really, gosh, what a gift this life is with you, Wes - and building and creating the life with our babies we’ve always dreamed of out on our 15 acre farm sweet farm!! Can’t believe we will be celebrating 6 (!!!) whole years of marriage in just a couple more weeks and I love running after these God-sized dreams with you… the ones we’ve been praying and dreaming about since we were dating (only 7 months of knowing one another before we decided to spend together forever hehe - #whenyouknowyouknow )!! The best truly is yet to come and I sure do love this season of life - #chasingdreamsandchasingbabies with you!!

There’s truly nothing better than watching your little three-year-old fall in love with the game of baseball!! Sports were always my favorite thing growing up (just ask my parents about my #garagedoor tennis days hehe - I would practice all day every day hitting against the garage door - I was known by all for this - and run loops and loops around our neighborhood or at the nearby track and it payed off!), and I love that now I get to instill that passion into my own children now as a mother!! And so special seeing Judson want to be a “baseball star” just like his daddy!!

Barefoot babies, chickens roaming around our yard, days spent outside all day long with my boys, baseball field evenings (officially in my #baseballmamaera and loving every minute), long springtime countryside walks to pick wildflowers… these truly are the days I’ve always dreamed of!! Thank you, Jesus, for this sweet, simple, beautiful little small town life with my family - my very greatest blessings of all!!!

In my babywearing and toddler at my feet era and loving every second - being called “mommy” a million times a day and spending my time cuddling and loving on my babies is all I’ve ever wanted to be in life and more!
We spend as much time as possible outside around here - playing in the dirt (literally hehe) with trucks and shovels and our hands - and it really is so special getting to give my babies a childhood full of free play, nature, and wonder!! The way it should be!! And makes me so excited for raising my babies out on our farm sweet farm in the coming years, too!!
And “sound on” for the sweetest little Judson voice (I wonder where he got that southern accent from lol) saying “I can do anything” as he was playing with his construction trucks (we practice saying this all the time - because it is our job as mamas to teach this positive self-talk to our littles, y’all!) and some adorable baby talking and noises in the background, too!! Andddd he even found a worm today and it has been all we’ve talked about ever since!!! THIS is childhood and I love experiencing it all again through my own babies’ eyes!!
I was that child who LIVED outside and would just explore and play 24/7 - in the bushes in our yard, climbing trees, always trying to “find new adventures” (or hiding spots/forts) on our street and always dreamed of living on a farm or on a creek one day (listening to all of my Mamaw’s stories growing up with all of her brothers and sisters out on their farm) - and it truly feels like God has answered all of my childhood dreams in being able to give all of this and more to my babies with the land He has blessed us with and this beautiful little lifestyle He has called us to ahead!! Just feeling so grateful and thankful - I love being their mama and chasing after our dreams!!

It’s my very favorite time of year and spring is officially in b l o o m, y’all!!
We had the very best time this gorgeous sunny and 70 degree Friday evening driving out by our land that is surrounded by the most beautiful peach blossoms right now - and I look forward to it every single year!!
God’s beautiful Creation will never cease to take my breath away and I can’t believe we will get to to raise our kids out on our farm sweet farm out where the “green grass grows!” Thank you, Lord, for this beautiful family of ours and your blessings upon blessings as we step into the beautiful springtime ahead with our newest little addition in Sweet Baby Levi Rhett here in our arms this year to see and experience it all!

Little “mom hack” - if you want to make St. Patty’s Day breakfast festive and fun…. sneak in some spinach to some healthy homemade green pancakes hehe!! The green pancakes from “Lucky the Leprechaun” first thing that morning were quite the hit!! Judson and Sweet Baby Levi Rhett sure were some happy little leprechauns waking up to such a fun surprise!! And J wanted to “carry around” his note from “Lucky” all day long - soooo cute!!
Then a little St. Patrick’s Day storytime with one happy toddler and one sleepy little baby leprechaun - the best of friends!! Is there anything cuter than morning outside chores to feed the chickens and fetch the eggs with your toddler in his clover jammies and rainboots hehe - my heart!!
We had such a fun time outside enjoying such a beautiful day and doing a cute little festive craft, too!! I love holidays with my babies!!! And then soaking in some afternoon snuggles with my sleepy little baby leprechaun (#babysfirststpatricksday!!!) before a fun evening planned for when “Dada” got home from work!!

Happy happy first official day of spring, y’all! My favorite time of year has begun!! Spring is officially in BLOOM!! We went on the most dreamy spring country walk down our street that night and I get so giddy every single year when this beautiful tree blooms!! What a perfect way to ring in the official first day of spring!!
There is something so magical to me about seeing the seasons change just as God so perfectly designs and the first blooms of spring - it truly is such a time of joyful expectancy and gosh my heart just comes alive this time of year!! And there is nothing more special than having a sweet new little baby in my arms this year to welcome in my favorite time of the year!! I am a sunshine sunflower spring and summer girlie through and through - forever and amen!! Yay for Spring!!
I will forever love this time of year and all things spring in bloom because sweet Wes and I got both engaged and married in the very end of March (our anniversary is just over a week away!), so it’s a particularly special time of year for us!!
Thank you, Jesus, for this beautiful little life and family you have blessed us with (the best is yet to come!!) and for your beautiful springtime blooms every single year at this time!!
